This made-to-order Annual Website Refresh package is exclusively for websites originally designed, launched.

The package renews one existing WiozLab-managed standard domain, hosting and SSL for one additional 12-month period. It also includes a personalized annual website review, two small content updates, updated source files and digital care documents.

ONE WEBSITE AND ONE DOMAIN

One purchase covers:

• One existing WiozLab website
• One existing standard domain currently managed by WiozLab
• One new 12-month coverage period

This package cannot be applied to multiple websites, multiple domains or websites created by another provider.

HOW THE 12-MONTH RENEWAL WORKS

The new 12-month period is added to the end of your current active coverage period.

Example:

Current expiration date: October 15, 2027
Renewal purchased: September 15, 2027
New expiration date: October 15, 2028

Purchasing early does not remove any remaining time from your current coverage.

This is a single 12-month purchase. It is not an automatically renewing subscription, and no future payment will be charged automatically.

To continue after the new coverage period ends, another annual renewal package must be purchased through Etsy at the price available at that time.

TWO SMALL CONTENT UPDATES

Up to two small content updates are included.

Examples of eligible updates:

• Replacing text within an existing website section
• Replacing an existing image
• Updating a phone number or email address
• Updating an address or opening hours
• Updating a WhatsApp or social media link
• Correcting a small factual or spelling error

Each update must apply to an existing website element. All requested updates must be submitted together through the personalization fields or Etsy Messages immediately after purchase.

The following are not considered small content updates:

• Creating a new page
• Adding a new section type
• Redesigning an existing page
• Changing the complete visual direction
• Adding new website functionality
• Adding animations or advanced interactions
• Creating a new language version
• Adding e-commerce
• Adding booking, membership or login systems
• Adding a contact form or automation
• Adding a database, dashboard or web application
• Migrating large amounts of content

Requests outside the included scope require a separate quotation or Etsy listing.

MANAGED DOMAIN AND HOSTING

The domain registrar account, DNS settings, hosting account and server-level infrastructure remain managed by WiozLab.

You receive:

• Continued use of the live website and domain
• Updated website source files
• Renewal confirmation and coverage dates
• Personalized care and health-check documents

Registrar login details, hosting-panel credentials and server-level access are not included.

Domain transfer is not included in this package and may depend on registrar eligibility, timing, transfer locks and additional fees.

IF YOUR WEBSITE OR DOMAIN HAS ALREADY EXPIRED

Do not purchase this listing before contacting WiozLab if:

• Your website is already offline
• Your domain has already expired
• Your domain is in a redemption or recovery period
• Your domain is no longer available
• Your previous hosting period ended some time ago

Expired-domain recovery, redemption fees, reactivation fees and repurchasing a lost domain are not included in the standard package.

WiozLab must first confirm that the domain and website can still be renewed normally.

This is a made-to-order digital product. No physical item will be shipped.

Within seven calendar days of purchase, your Etsy order may include the following personalized digital files:

SOURCE FILES

Updated website source files are included for digital handover and backup purposes.

Third-party licensed assets, paid software, proprietary infrastructure tools, registrar credentials, hosting credentials and server credentials are not included.

The live website will continue to operate through WiozLab-managed infrastructure during the purchased coverage period.

BEFORE PURCHASING

Please message WiozLab through Etsy and provide:

• Your live website domain
• Your original Etsy order number, if available
• Your business name
• Your current contact email
• The two small content updates you would like completed

Purchase only after WiozLab confirms that your website and domain are eligible for this renewal package.

Orders placed for websites that were not created and managed by WiozLab may need to be cancelled.

IMPORTANT RENEWAL NOTICE

Renewal is optional and is not automatic.

If another annual package is not purchased before the new coverage period expires:

• Managed hosting may end
• The website may go offline
• SSL coverage may end
• The domain may expire
• The domain may eventually become available for registration by another party

WiozLab will aim to send renewal reminders before the expiration date, but the buyer remains responsible for purchasing the next renewal package on time.
